Professional Testing Laboratory is responsible for all compliance testing for the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Green Label Vacuum Cleaner Program, Cleaning Chemical Program, Spot and Stain Removal Program, and additional cleaning equipment and cleaning system programs in development.
Professional Testing Laboratory conducts leading edge testing of vacuum cleaners, cleaning technologies, and chemistries for carpet cleaning.
Since 1988, Professional Testing Laboratory has serviced the floor covering and textile industry in Dalton Georgia, the heart of the flooring industry.
Professional Testing Laboratory's 15,000 square foot facility houses seven different environmentally controlled laboratory departments designed for specific testing. These tests cover a wide range of products primarily related to the flooring industry, specifically carpet, underlayments, fibers, fabrics, laminate flooring, wood and resilient flooring.
