Since 1984 we at Austonian have been serving the cleaning needs of residents in and around the Austin area. We specialize in the cleaning of oriental and area rugs. We have one of the few remaining rug cleaning plants that allows us to wash rugs thoroughly to extend their life and enhance their beauty. Mike Reed (the owner) is certified by the Association of Specialist in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR) as a Certified Rug Specialist (CRS). Our experience and education allows us to work on antique rugs; in many cases we can correct color problems, decontaminate rugs of water or urine damage and even block rugs to help get them back into shape. Our carpet cleaning service is given the same attention to detail that we use on our rugs. Our primary technicians (the ones that will be on your job) are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and are Master level technicians. We follow high standards of cleaning when working on your carpets, upholstery and hard surface flooring so that you can have your furnishings treated properly by people that truly care about the quality of work they do for you.
