Every Room Every Time

Dust for cobwebs in all corners, left to right – top to bottom.
Clean light switch plates.
Dust door and window frames and sills.
Dust light fixture and ceiling fans.
Dust items on shelves and shelves and dust beneath those items.
Dust blinds.
Dust tables and chairs including table and chair legs.
Dust and/or vacuum lamps and shades.
Vacuum upholstered furniture.
Vacuum under cushions and rotate cushions.
Dust picture frames.
Clean all mirrors without leaving streaks.
Dust television and clean screen without leaving streaks.
French and patio doors cleaned inside and out weather permitting.
Make beds if linens are left out.
Collect and remove all trash from wastebaskets.
Wastebaskets cleaned and deodorized.
Bare floors vacuumed and cleaned as per surface.
Throw rugs vacuumed.

Move furniture two teammates can move, vacuum back and sides, clean under and behind it, put it back.

Kitchen, Utility Room
All of the above plus the following:
Cabinet fronts properly cleaned and fingerprints removed.
Countertops and backsplashes cleaned.
Move all small appliances. Clean them, and the counter beneath them.
Clean outside of all appliances.
Clean the top of refrigerator.
Clean the vent grill at the bottom of the refrigerator.
Scrub and polish sinks.
Clean drip pans every time.
Bathrooms
All of the above plus the following:
Shower glass door cleaned and treated.
Mirrors cleaned with no streaks.
Toilets scrubbed inside and out with separate sanitized tools and equipment.
Clean tile walls inside of shower.
All towels folded and placed back where they were found.
Special Attention items cleaned on a rotational basis in the Kitchen, Utility Room, and Bathrooms.
All of the Special Attention items listed earlier plus the following:
Wash cabinet fronts.
Wash light fixtures and ceiling fans.
Wash vent cover.
Wash baseboards.
Clean tile walls outside of shower.
Wash window and door trim.
