The Maid Place can offer flexible affordable pricing on a variety of services such as general cleaning and move out cleans for all of your tenants. There are no contracts required, and our pricing is affordable for all. We are bonded for your safety and we work with all of our clients to ensure their cleaning needs are met... and hopefully exceeded! A happy client is a repeat client.

• Flat Rate pricing available on homes under 2000 sq ft.
• Hourly pricing for initial clean on homes over 2000 sq ft. - $70 per hr
• Flexible scheduling and rates for regular clients
