We understand you may have some concerns especially if you have not used us before or had a "bad" experience with a low cost coupon type carpet cleaning company. Or, maybe you tried every Tom, Dick and "Stanley" where they did an OK job, but the carpet may stay wet for days (2-3hrs dry times for us) and looked soiled several weeks later.
