The IICRC is a non-profit organization that sets standards for the cleaning and restoration industry. Additionally, the IICRC helps educate consumers about the cleaning and restoration industry. This education includes:

  • When to hire a professional and what to look for in a trustworthy cleaner or restorer.

The IICRC consumer website, http://iicrc.org/consumers/ serves as a consumer resource, providing written tips and resources as well as a database to find a cleantrust-Certified Firm in your geographic area.
